Our Story

In 2007, shortly after graduating from UNF with a Building Construction Management degree, Willie Doby became certified as a state of Florida General Contractor. Working as an apprentice for new construction builders, Willie sought the opportunity to establlish his own construction company, which birthed Meritus Group Inc. Continuing his aspirations of working in the construction industry, he became a certified Roofing contractor in 2015, to expand the services of Meritus Group Inc. to the community. In addition to his experience in residential building, Willie  offers project management services for utility corporations in the power industry.
